Santa Claus
Santa Claus was man, possibly in his mid 20's, from Chicago, Illinois. He was a very sociable man, as he was late for a 'get-together' due to his job of being a Santa Claus.
He told Kevin McCallister not to 'ruin his dinner' when handing him three spearmint Tic Tacs.
