Angels with Filthy Souls is a fictional gangster film which exists within the Home Alone Universe, which was made specifically for the film. A squeal to this film called "Angels with Even Filthier Souls" appears in the Home Alone 2: Lost in New York. The main character of the film is called Johnny.
History
Kevin, after being left home alone by his family, finds a Video tape of "Angels with Filthy Souls" and is seen watching it whilst eating a huge bowl of ice cream. He later stop and starts the video, using its dialogue to interact with the Pizza delivery guy, to disguise that he's home alone.
To thwart the antagonists, Kevin plays the home video of Angels with Filthy Souls to trick them into thinking there are armed, dangerous adults in his house.
The title is likely a reference to the 1938 film Angels with Dirty Faces. There is also a sequel to the film, Angels with Even Filthier Souls, in this film's sequel, which aids Kevin as well.
