William Lindsey "Bill" Erwin (December 2, 1914 – December 29, 2010) was an American film, television and stage actor with over 250 television and film credits. He played as Irene's husband Ed in Home Alone.

He previously appeared in John Hughes' film Planes, Trains and Automobiles, sharing a scene with John Candy.
