Catherine Baxter is the husband of Curtis Baxter and the mother of Finn Baxter and Alexis Baxter.
Personality
Catherine is a hard-working and loving mother who cares about her family. She tries really hard to get her kids to be part of the family fun activities. She also gets worried when her kids don't answer the phone because Alexis' phone was dead. She gets very angry when she thinks that someone has kidnapped her children, especially with Simon. In the end, she apologizes to him and gives him a free airline ticket so he can see his family for Christmas.
