Officer Cliff was a police officer in New York City.
He only appears in the scene when he, along with Mr. Hector, Cedric, the Security Guard, and Ms. Stone come into the room to confront Kevin about his Dad's stolen credit card. Kevin hides in the other room and uses a film called "Angels with Even Filthier Souls" to communicate and scare them off.
