Officer Cliff was an elderly security officer working at the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
Biography[]
Cliff, along with Mr. Hector, Cedric, the Security Guard, and Ms. Stone, went to Room 411 to confront Kevin McCallister about his dad's stolen credit card. Kevin hid in the other room and used a film called Angels with Even Filthier Souls to communicate and scare them off.[1]
Kevin used the film's character, Johnny, to talk to them by pausing out the other character's lines, making them believe that Johnny was in the room, accusing Mr. Hector of smooching with Snuffy, Al, Leo, Little Moe, Cheeks, Boney Bob, and Cliff in the hotel room.[1]
Upon hearing his name, Cliff gasped, and Mr. Hector, Cedric, the Security Guard, and Ms. Stone look over at him in surprise. Cliff denied it. Along with the others, Cliff was forced to go onto his knees when Johnny commanded them to tell him they loved him, to which they complied moments before he supposedly opened fire with his Tommy Gun.[1]
