Johnny Allen was a neighbor of the Pruitt family.
Alex Pruitt reported to his mother that Alice Ribbons had Johnny's dog. Alex later made two false alarms and Alex told the chief that Johnny Allen's dog was kidnapped the previous Monday morning.
