The LEGO trap.

In Max Mercer's battle plan, LEGO was one of the booby traps to be laid out in his home to defend it from Jeff and Pam McKenzie. It was successful, with Pam stepping on the bricks which had all been laid out stud-side-first.

Trivia

• While the bricks used were said to be LEGO by multiple characters, the assortment of bricks and sets contained both official LEGO and clone-brand bricks, evidenced by the cheaper looking bricks, identifiable by the somewhat translucent color and the warping of the bricks themselves.
• The bricks were used in virtually the same way as the Micro Machines were used in Home Alone.
• The LEGO sets seen in Home Sweet Home Alone are City Racing Cars 60256, Creator Townhouse Toy Store 31105, and Tower Bridge 10214.

Citizen Brick "Negligent Parents"

Citizen Brick's "Negligent Parents" custom minifigures.

In 2018, Chicago based business Citizen Brick, a company which specialises in taking official LEGO parts and printing custom (and often adult) designs onto them using the same methods as LEGO, produced a trio-pack of minifigures called "Negligent Parents" - including Kevin, Harry, and Marv, along with a Michael Jordan cutout.

LEGO Ideas Home Alone 21330

The original design by Alex Storozhuk.

On 1 November 2021, a 3,955 piece LEGO set based upon the McCallister house, and designed by adult LEGO fan (AFOL) Alex Storozhuk, was released under the LEGO Ideas theme, retailing for US$250. The set, while a truncated version of the house (being much shorter in depth and length than it should technically be), was aplenty filled with references and easter eggs.

The set contained Harry and Marv's van, the treehouse, the statue next to the steps leading to the front door of the house, a TV with Angels with Filthy Souls, Kevin's macaroni, Kevin's battle plan, family portraits, an American Airlines ticket (Adwin Airlines, as an in-joke using Alex's nickname), renditions of a large amount of the traps created by Kevin, a tile with Duncan's Toy Chest on it, the Michael Jordan cutout, Buzz McCallister's tarantula Axl, an tiny version of the LEGO set itself as a present under the Christmas tree, Kevin's sled, firecrackers, Kevin's American Dental Associated-Approved Toothbrush, and Little Nero's Pizza boxes.

The set also included the living room, the dining room, the staircase, the kitchen, the basement (though its placement isn't entirely accurate), Buzz's bedroom, the bathroom, Peter and Kate's bedroom, and the attic.
