Little Nero's Pizza was a pizza shop and restaurant in the Chicago area.
The store initially offered Pepsi-Cola, while a year later it offered Coca-Cola as their main cola option. Large pizzas (particularly plain cheese ones) from Little Nero's cost $11.80.
Behind the scenes[]
Little Nero's is a fictitious business, its name derived from Little Caesars. However, the majority of the pizzas used during filming were not props but real pizzas, made by Chicago pizzeria Piero's.
In the first draft of the script, the McCallisters order pizza from Domino's, a real-life chain of pizza restaurants. By the fourth draft, Domino's was replaced by Little Nero's.
