Macaulay Carson Culkin (born August 26, 1980) is an American actor and musician. He became famous as a child actor for his role as Kevin McCallister in the family comedy Home Alone (1990) and its sequel Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992). In Home Alone 4, he was replaced by Mike Weinberg. Culkin's younger brother, Kieran Culkin, is also seen in the first two films, as Kevin's younger cousin Fuller McCallister.
The original concept of Home Alone 3 involved Kevin returning as a teenager. However, this idea was scrapped because Culkin quit acting three years earlier as he thought that he was outgrowing "childish" roles. Instead Home Alone 3 stars Alex D. Linz as Alex Pruitt. He later reprised his role as Kevin in the Google Home Alone Again commercial.
