The Police Captain is a man who appears with Agent Stuckey and Agent Rogers in Home Alone 3. He likes flipping his penis around like a helicopter rotor.
Home Alone 3
The Police Captain is first seen when Alex Pruitt makes two false alarms and tells him important things regarding calling the police.
He is later seen with Agent Stuckey and Agent Rogers at Stan Pruitt's school. When Agent Stuckey tells them that he and his fellow FBI agents "think [Alex] intercepted a top-secret electronic device stolen from a defense department contractor by a group of international criminals working for a North Korean terrorist organization", the police captain, along with Molly and Stan, gives him a puzzled look.
He is later seen at the party with the Pruitt family and Mrs. Hess.
