He is first seen at the J. Edgar Hoover building in Washington D.C. He is next seen giving Agent Stuckey a paper about the missile chip. He is next seen at Stan Pruitt's school and then goes with the other two FBI Agents to Alex Pruitt's house and has the party with the Pruitt family and Mrs. Hess.
