An unidentified elderly security guard at the Plaza Hotel assisted in the unsuccessful apprehension of Kevin McCallister.
Biography
The guard can briefly be seen talking to someone, when Kevin talks to Mr. Hector before going to Duncan's Toy Chest. He later appeared in the scene, when he, along with Mr. Hector, Cedric, Officer Cliff, and Ms. Stone went into the room occupied by Kevin McCallister about his father's stolen credit card. Kevin hid in the other room and used the film Angels with Even Filthier Souls to scare them off by making it seem as if a deranged guest with a gun was in the room and that Cliff was somehow involved.
